Adam Montgomery, who was convicted of murdering his 5-year-old daughter, Harmony, and his attorneys have appealed to the New Hampshire Supreme Court to have his convictions overturned. Montgomery was found guilty in 2024 and sentenced to 56 years to life in prison. Harmony’s remains have never been found. In response to the appeal, state prosecutors said the lower court did the right thing and that the decision should not be overturned.
