MANCHESTER, N.H.- Gov. Kelly Ayotte has agreed to take part in four debates against the perceived Democratic candidate Cindie Warmington.
Following the primary election Governor Kelly Ayotte has agreed to four debates against her Democratic Challenger Cindie Warmington which will air on WMUR-TV.
In a statement published by the Union Leader, Ayotte’s spokesman John Corbett said, “Governor Ayotte looks forward to debating this fall, where she will highlight her successful first term delivering for all of New Hampshire.”
Out of this news however, Warmington, who continues to face backlash for her time as a lawyer and lobbyist for Purdue Pharma is now demanding that the Governor take part in two additional debates, a demand she made during a recent appearance at New England College.
Governor Ayotte’s office has yet to comment on the possibility of the two additional appearances.
