CONCORD N.H.- Gov. Kelly Ayotte has signed House Bill 1460 into law, which is expected to further protect children throughout the Granite State.
According to officials HB bans businesses from selling the personal online data of a child under the age of 13 to a third part in New Hampshire.
The bill also alters the existing statute that outlines how businesses can use consumer data.
