MANCHESTER, N.H.- A man wanted in connection with a recent shooting and assault was recently taken into custody.

Authorities say Ivan Gonzalez Acevedo, 30, was taken into custody without incident Friday following a SWAT operation at 377 Manchester St; as authorities say Gonzalez Acevedo was wanted for an assault that took place Green Street back on October 9 along with a shooting on Cedar Street that occurred on October 14th and an outstanding bench warrant.

During the operation authorities not only appended Gonzalez Acevedo, but also the arrest of Heather Dunnington, 32, who was also wanted on an outstanding warrant. Authorities also say a search of the apartment also led to the discovery of illegal drugs, ammunition and gun that authorities say was previously reported stolen.

Following his arrest police say Gonzalez Acevedo has been charged multiple counts of first-degree assault with a deadly weapon and four counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, while the investigations into both the assault and shooting remain under investigation.
