The state Attorney General has ruled the suspicious death of a man in Manchester has been ruled a homicide. Authorities identified the victim as 29-year-old Kade Harrower of Manchester. Investigators said Harrower was found dead inside an apartment on Elm Street Monday afternoon. Manchester police arrested 21-year-old Adrian David Garcia Bonilla of Manchester and charged him with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and manslaughter.
