MANCHESTER, NH –
Manchester Police responded to an address on Bruce Road yesterday morning for a for a reported domestic violence incident involving an adult son strangling his elderly father.
According to Police, when officers arrived 57 year old Gary Miller emerged from the front door and without provocation, attacked the responding officer.
Mr. Miller was placed under arrest and charged with Second Degree Assault and, Resisting Arrest
