MANCHESTER, N.H.- The Manchester school board’s Committee on Teaching and Learning has backed an updated policy on the use of AI in city schools.
Executive Director Leslie Whitney says the revised policy is “forward-thinking, embracing AI as something that not only exists in our community, but something that will share learning.”
The policy covers three AI platforms approved for use in the district, those being: School AI, Khan Academy’s Khanmigo, and Canva.
Following the vote of support from the committee the policy now heads to the full board for approval at next month’s meeting.
