Nashua man convicted in brutal sexual assault and illegal recording case

NASHUA, NH – Authorities say Michael Borges,46, has been found guilty of multiple felonies, connected to a violent incident which occurred back in 2023.

According to court documents, the former Nashua resident was convicted of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, Sexual Assault, and Unlawful Interception of an Oral Communication from incidents on Nov 23 and 24 of 2023 where he made a recording of himself assaulting the victim over several hours.

The prosecution argued, and the jury ultimately agreed, that the recording proved the victim was: Physically helpless to resist the attack and assaulted before she had any opportunity to flee or defend herself.

Borges is Scheduled for sentencing May 8, 2026.
